About Pacesetters Magazine: The PSA magazine is an annual informative magazine published by the Jubilant Oasis Stewards of Africa (JOSA) a consultancy arm of JSA. The magazine focuses on recognizing and celebrating industry leaders for their innovation, quality products, and services, creating jobs, leadership by example, growing the economy, and transforming society. Jubilant Oasis Stewards of Africa is a training, research, marketing, and communication consultancy firm whose main focus is to help companies, governments, and non-profits achieve competitive advantage through smart strategic alignment. Our four arms work in a collaborative effort to seek insight into the emerging trends of success and impart that acquired knowledge to our clients.
ABOUT PACESETTERS AWARDS
Pacesetters Awards (PSA) survey is a one-year Industry leadership Recognition appraisal initiated by Jubilant Stewards of Africa (JSA), a Non-Governmental Organization, to celebrate industry leaders for their innovation, quality products, services, job creation, exemplary leadership, growing the economy and transforming the society. The winners in various categories were competitively selected through a thorough process that partly involved a public vote and a panel of judges.
PSA seeks to encourage organizations and individuals to go beyond the call of duty in their service to humanity. PSA awards don’t just look at excellence as being top in the industry but look at the processes involved and how organizations go out of their way to serve humanity. It also purposes to promote best practices and ethics in industry leadership. The awards are based on the Performance Index (OPI) where processes and systems are scrutinized and benchmarked against globally acceptable standards. Pacesetters Awards recognize and celebrate the key players in various categories who have over the years achieved outstanding results and made positive contributions to their industry growth.

Authors: The magazine offers unique opportunities for all industries in the country and outside to share with the world about the services, products, achievements, opportunities, upcoming events, or any other information they wish their clients to know.
Guidelines for authors: Authors are invited to familiarize themselves with our content, thematic focus, style of writing, and quality of work. Articles focus on entrepreneurship, agriculture, leadership, lifestyle, education, sports, and entertainment.
Our magazine content is categorized into letters to the editor, articles, reviews, and commentaries.
Language and format: All content should be in English and submitted electronically. Font: Times New Roman – 12, justified.
Length: Submitted content should not exceed the following word count:
- Articles and conference reviews (800 words);
- Letters to the editors are limited to (300-500 words).
Submitted content is reviewed by the Editorial Board for approval. Due to the high submissions, only authors whose articles will be published will be notified.
Content submitted including letters to the Editor may be revised to meet our style of writing while striving to retain the main author’s message.
The editor reserves the right to edit submitted articles.
Referencing: Contributors should strive to give factual statements as the Magazine relies on the credibility of the authors. Our published articles do not include footnotes but authors are advised to send in articles with appropriate references to support the facts and statements included in their pieces. References should be listed at the end of the document.
Author’s profile: Prospective authors should include full contact information, name, short bio (not more than 20 words), and a passport photo. This should be sent alongside their submitted content for consideration.
Timeline: Contributors who wish to have their articles and reviews considered for publishing should send in the writeup by 5th October, 2022.
